Mindfulness meditation is one of the techniques that can help students to reduce stress and achieve calm and concentration. We will share how to practice mindfulness meditation. You need not have any experience with it. Please feel free to bring your child from K-12 grades. This is an introduction. We will also discuss how it can help with academics and studies.
